Dilly dally

Do you always dilly dally?it's not a good habit,especially when your friends are waiting for you.You may say,'Hi guys,don't dis me,just a moment,please less critical,ok?',but you know what,you do dilly dally means you waste time of you and your friends?we should do thing on the spot,right?But,also if you always do dis,it's also not a good habit,it's not polite:)
