Are you trustworthy?

Have you ever been burned,this question linger in my mind.I have to frankly admit I'm reserved sometime,it's just because I'm not interest in that people talk about.but sometime you must express your ideas to people,especially when you want to them trust you,or when you want to express your opinions,an alternative is speack loud,sometime it's vialbe.in a manner of speaking in order to let people trust you,a best aproach to let people think you are trustworthy is speaking by honest,and try to apologize to someone for your mistake;and try to take someone into your confidence;and try to forgive people but don't have a grudge against them;and try to trust them with secret.like build a bridge or relationship,you can make samll promises and keep them,and then trust grows.As trust grows you can make bigger and bigger promises.And if you keep on keeping your word,the trust keeps on growing.
