Have you ever been burned,this question linger in my mind.I have to frankly admit I'm reserved sometime,it's just because I'm not interest in that people talk about.but sometime you must express your ideas to people,especially when you want to them trust you,or when you want to express your opinions,an alternative is speack loud,sometime it's vialbe.in a manner of speaking in order to let people trust you,a best aproach to let people think you are trustworthy is speaking by honest,and try to apologize to someone for your mistake;and try to take someone into your confidence;and try to forgive people but don't have a grudge against them;and try to trust them with secret.like build a bridge or relationship,you can make samll promises and keep them,and then trust grows.As trust grows you can make bigger and bigger promises.And if you keep on keeping your word,the trust keeps on growing.

How to you face up to a difficult situation?

    Sometime we have to face up to difficult situation,sometimes it's  a prickly problem,it's hard to treate.How do you do in these situation,if I were you,I'll attempt to solve it by myself,if it doesn't wrk,I'll try to find someone's help,if it still doesn't work,I said to myself,"OK,Chin up,it'll soon be over".Yes,even if you don't believe it,"time can change every thing" as they say.do you agree with me?

Play badminton and have a big supper

   Today,after work my colleague and I go to the gym to play badminton,then we have a big supper.It's 10:00 PM when I go to home.although it's late but it's a worththing,because we all enjoy it.anyway we keep the fit and taste some delicious.so it's a wonderful time.

I decide to give up google Chrome until its well done.

After many of days I try to use google as my default web browser,but it's fail.I think google Chrome is quickly than others,but it's not suitable or reliable to use as favrote browser.I'll back to Firefox until google is good enough.

A busy morning

    It's busy in this morning,I have a meeting  again and agin.As a requirement analyst,I have to take part in many of meeting that I can ensure everything is known well for everyone.I have to notice some important thing and clarify every involved person know what they'll do.even if I wrote a complete requirement document,but there are still many of my coworker want I TALK to them ,sometime I think we people always complain the requirement always change or always unclear,I think one of the cause is they did NOT read it carefully.gosh!

Adobe Flash does not work well done on Chrome

   To tell you the truth,I'm a google fan.I always use the google new product at the first time.but this time,I think chrome is not good enough.I think because of it's a beta version,it still have a long way to go.I have published a few of blog for bugs in chrome,today I find a new.I think google maybe have noticed this.Adobe Flash doesn't work well on Chrome.for example,type following url in google Chrome. http://yeseric.blogspot.com/2008/09/ti-whatever-you-like.html

then you click the run button,you can saw the movie but's you can't heared the soundtrack.

you can saw the progress bar is moving,but the movie was broken.It's not the problem of movie,

I can saw well on IE and Firefox.It's not occured frquently ,just sometime,but I think it's really a bug.I hope they will sovle this problem quickly.

Have a Barbecue with my family

On this week end my family and I go to a local park and have a barbecue.We drive my new car for one hour.It's a nice day,but sometime it sprinkle a little,but it doesn't affect us.We rost some lamb,some chicken and a several piece of steamedbread,you know what,it's really  delicious,and also the scenery is beatiful.a beatiful lake with some fishman,the lake ringed with willow and green grass.

I like Ant but I don't like Maven

As a developer I write program every day,in the most of time I use the IDE for example Eclipse.sometime I use a powerful and quickly texteditor such as editplus,intype....
sometime I have to build all my source code and deploy and publish my web application by manually.In this time I need a build tool.I choose Ant but not Maven.If you ask me why,or which one is better.I think as a build tool Ant is more fixable and readable.you know,even if almost every thing I need define by my hand.but It's also means I know everything that how them work.
but to tell the Maven,it's quite the reverse,maven hidden many thing in its plugin.if I want do some custom thing,that means I must write my own plugin,but to tell you the truth,write a maven plugin is more difficult than Ant.
another thing I didn't like maven because If I want to use maven I must remember many thing,many command,many dependency.....
and I have to work at network......

Ugly XML parse on google Chrome.

I want to talk about another "feature" on google Chrome.you know I'm a developer and most of time I must view a XML file in web browser,for example ,when I want to add a new maven dependency in my pom.xml,I need search it in maven's repository,such as http://repo1.maven.org/maven2
and then I chek one of maven-meta.xml files.On firefox I can see a xml structure clearly but in Chrome,it's a several letters unhelpful,see following picture:

I think google's chrome is not good enough to use,especial treated it as a "product".today I heared that there is a new movie will publish,"Flood Lonon".I search it in google and I found out.but when I open it in chrome I can't see nothing except a blank dark screen.then I past the url on IE and Firefox,it's well done,it's display a flash animation.I prefer to believe google chrome will become a worth expecting web browser,but seems not now.if you don't believe me,try to open following url in google chrome.http://www.flood-london.com/

I have loose bowels

   I feel so bad because I have loose bowels.I can't eat anything and I go to the bathroom 10 times in a day.even if I take the medicine,it seems that it has no value.I think I'd better go to the doctor.
