Don't ever pay any lip service

My company always pay lip service.for example,they say"We really care about your career development".or "We are goning to go puclic on later half of year".But they do nothing except to pay these lip service.I think as a good company,it should be care about how to improve its competitive strength,especial its product.I'm not always compalin,it's just not my style.I just think we should do some really thing,don't pay lip service again and again.you know If you can't provide some changes to our career development,it's ok.as a matter of fact,we can improve ourselves.and we don't care about if company going public,even if it's better for us,maybe.I just want to do some really thing.that's all.
